Actual Pay £22,700 - £26,345
September 2024 – Fixed term contract for 1 year initially

You will:

Hold a HLTA qualification or commit to securing this within 6 months of appointment.
Be an exemplary practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for all children
Provide timetabled teaching cover in the absence of the class teacher, maintaining appropriate behaviour and providing learning opportunities activities in accordance with agreed plans
Provide small group and 1:1 targeted outcomes sessions in Phonics and early reading, speech and language or Social communication and interaction.
Be aspirational and ambitious for your own career
Have a positive personality which instils confidence in others and underpins fabulous relationships with children.
